Revitalize, LLC. works with city, state, and federal governments to further affordable housing and economic development opportunities in historical downtowns throughout Michigan.

 

I elected to use a serif typeface to give the logo a more traditional feel. I used a combination of hues including blue, brown, and a light olive green. Light olive green representing growth, brown symbolizing reliability, and blue representing loyalty and trust.

 

The logomark was created to showcase an example of the kind of rehabilitation Revitalize does. I took inspiration from the now Oracle building in Mason, MI in creating the logomark.
